Instruction to Fill Application Form Online

1. For the admission to College in the session 2022-23, University Web-Registration 2022-23 on University Website- dbrau.org.in is mandatory, without which a candidate will not be eligible for admission.
   
   काॅलेज में प्रवेश हेतु विश्वविद्यालय का पंजीकरण, विश्वविद्यालय वेबसाइट-dbrau.org.in पर (बेव रजिस्ट्रेशन वर्ष 2022-23) होना अनिवार्य है। इसके बिना अभ्यर्थी को प्रवेश हेतु अर्ह नहीं माना जायेगा।
2. Admission to Bachelor of Arts (B.A. I), Bachelor of Science (B. Sc. I) and Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com I) for the academic session would be done on the basis of academic merit.
   
   बी0ए0, बी0एस0सी0, एवं बी0काॅम0 प्रथमवर्ष के सत्र 2022-23 के प्रवेश, अभ्यर्थी के दसवीं एवं बारहवीं कक्षा में प्राप्त शैक्षणिक अंकों के आधार पर किये जायेंगे।
3. Application forms can be filled online at the College Website http://www.stjohnscollegeagra.in from 20th June 2022 to 30th July 2022. No candidate will be allowed to fill the form once the stipulated time for filling the forms is over.
   
   आवेदन प्रपत्र को काॅलेज वेबसाइट http://www.stjohnscollegeagra.in पर 20 जून, 2022 से 30 जुलाई 2022 तक भरा जा सकता है। यदि आॅनलाइन पत्र को भरने की अन्तिम तिथि में विश्वविद्यालय कोई परिवर्तन करता है तो उसे काॅलेज की वेबसाइट पर सूचित कर दिया जायेगा। अन्तिम तिथि के पश्चात् आवेदन प्रपत्र किसी भी दशा में स्वीकार्य नहीं होंगे।
4. A candidate, along with the admission form, would be required to upload the scanned copies of the mark sheets of Class 10th and 12th examinations, passport size photograph and special documents/certificates to substantiate their claim for academic and special weightage points.
   
   आवेदकों के लिये, आवेदन पत्र के साथ, दसवीं तथा बारहवीं की परीक्षाओं के अंकपत्र, पासपोर्ट साइज़ फोटो और विशेष शैक्षणिक एवं अन्य उपलब्धियों (यदि कोई हो) के प्रमाण पत्रों, को अपलोड करना आवश्यक है।
5. Only the students, who have passed their qualifying examination as regular students, will be eligible for admission. The students, who have passed their class 12th examination privately shall not be eligible for admission. However students, who have passed their Class 12th examination from NIOS will also be considered eligible for admission to undergraduate courses.
   
   केवल वही छात्र प्रवेश के लिये अर्ह होंगे जिन्होंने बारहवीं कक्षा की परीक्षा संस्थागत रूप में अथवा राष्ट्रीय मुक्त विद्यालय (एन0आई0ओ0एस0) से उत्तीर्ण की है। व्यक्तिगत छात्र प्रवेश हेतु अर्ह नहीं होंगे।
6. If a candidate wishes to apply for more than one course, he/she will have to apply separately for each course.
   
   यदि कोई विद्यार्थी एक से अधिक कोर्स के लिये आवेदन करना चाहता है, तो उसे प्रत्येक कोर्स के लिये प्रथक-प्रथक आवेदन करना होगा। किसी भी दशा में आवेदन पत्र स्थानान्तरित नहीं होगा।
7. Christian candidates must upload along with their admission form a scanned copy of their baptism/confirmation certificate. Likewise, candidates, who wish to be considered for reservation under OBC/SC/ST/PH categories, would be required to upload a copy of their caste certificate.
   
   मसीही अभ्यर्थियों को अपने प्रवेश प्रपत्र के साथ बैपटिस्म/दृढ़ीकरण/चर्च सदस्यता प्रमाण पत्र की स्कैन्ड काॅपी अपलोड करना अनिवार्य है। इसी प्रकार ओ0बी0सी0/एस0सी0/एस0टी0/विकलांग श्रेणियों के छात्रों को सम्बन्धित प्रमाण पत्रों की प्रति को अपलोड करना अनिवार्य है। बाद में कोई प्रमाण पत्र किसी भी दशा में स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा।
8. Candidates will be required to pay a prospectus and registration fees of Rs 252/- online through the college website along with the online submission of the forms. Candidates applying for B.B.A. and B.Ed will have to pay Rs 502/- as Prospectus and Registration Fee in a similar manner.
   
   आवेदन पत्र के साथ रू0 252/- (विवरणिका एवं पंजीकरण शुल्क) आॅनलाइन जमा करना होगा एवं बी0बी0ए0 एवं बी0एड0 के लिये (विवरणिका एवं पंजीकरण शुल्क) रू0 502/-होगा, जिसे उपरोक्त प्रकार से आवेदन पत्र के साथ आॅनलाइन जमा करना होगा।
9. A soft copy of the college prospectus will be available to each candidate on the college website for free download by 1st August 2022.
   
   काॅलेज विवरणिका की सोफ्ट काॅपी प्रत्येक आवेदक के लिये काॅलेज बेवसाइट पर डाउनलोड हेतु 01 अगस्त, 2022 से उपलब्ध होगी। इसके उपरान्त का आवेदक रसीद दिखाकर काॅलेज, आॅफिस से विवरिणका की प्रति प्राप्त कर सकता है।
10. The academic index shall be calculated on the basis of marks obtained in the 10th and 12th examinations. The special points shall be added as per the university rules.
    
    
11. In the calculation of academic index, 50% of the aggregate percentage obtained in class 10th examination shall be taken into consideration, while 100% of the aggregate percentage obtained in class 12th examination will be taken into consideration.
    
    शैक्षणिक अंकों की गणना हेतु दसवीं कक्षा की परीक्षा मेंप्राप्त प्रतिशत के 50% की गणना की जायेगी तथा बारहवीं कक्षा में प्राप्त प्रतिशत के 100% की गणना की जायेगी। विश्वविद्यालय के नियमानुसार विशेष अंक (यदि कोई हो) का लाभ भी दिया जायेगा।
12. The merit shall be calculated on the basis of the Academic Index. The special points shall be added to the final score, as per the university rules. The merit list will be declared on the college website on a pre-announced date.
13. The reservation shall be granted as follows:
    
    चयन प्रक्रिया में आरक्षण का लाभ निम्नलिखित रूप में दिया जायेगा-
    • The students with highest merit, irrespective of the category in which they applied, will be selected in the Open Merit Category, which shall have 50% of the total seats.
      
      सर्वोच्च मेरिट वाले अभ्यर्थियों का बिना श्रेणी का विचार किये खुली श्रेणी में प्रवेश दिया जायेगा। ऐसे चयनित अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या कुल रिक्त सीटों के 50 प्रतिशत से अधिक नहीं होगी।
    • All eligible Christian candidates up to 50% of seats in the course, as per the judgement of the Supreme Court reported in 1992 Supreme Court Cases, page 558.
      
      समस्त अर्ह मसीही आवेदक (कुल सीटों का अधिकतम 50 प्रतिशत तक) (माननीय सर्वाेच्च न्यायालय के आदेशानुसार जिसका सन्दर्भ 1992 सुप्रीम कोर्ट के के सेज के पृष्ठ 558 में है।)
    • If any seats in the above mentioned 50% quota remains unfilled, they shall be filled by the O.B.C., S.C., S. T., and P. H. candidates in the ratio of 27:21:2:3
      
      शेष रिक्त स्थान ओ0बी0सी0/अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति/विकलांग श्रेणी के आवेदकों को 27:21:2:3 के अनुपात में क्रमानुसार किया जायेगा।
14. The qualified candidates, whose name figure in the merit list, will be required to report for counselling, with the original copies of their academic mark sheets and other supporting documents, transfer certificate from the last attended institution and the prescribed fee. The qualified candidates will also bring a set of self-attested photocopies of the above-mentioned documents. The date and time of counselling would be notified through the college website.
    
    चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को काउंसलिंग के लिये अपनी मूल अंकतालिकाओं एवं अन्य दस्तावेजों, स्थानान्तरण प्रमाणपत्र जाति प्रमाण पत्र विशेष उपलब्धि प्रमाणपत्र आदि एवं निर्धारित फीस के साथ नियत तिथि, स्थान एवं समय सेआधा घंटा पूर्व उपस्थित होना होगा। काउंसलिंग की तिथि एवं समय को काॅलेज वेबसाइट पर प्रदर्शित कर दिया जायेगा।
15. Failure to bring any of the original documents for verification and transfer certificate on the day of counselling will result in the annulment of the candidate’s claim to admission and the opportunity will be given to the next candidate in the merit list.
    
    चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को अपने उपरोक्त दस्तावेजों की स्वप्रमाणित छाया प्रति भी काउंसलिग के दिन लाना अनिवार्य है। यदि कोई भी विद्यार्थी मूल शैक्षणिक प्रमाण पत्र, स्थानान्तरण प्रमाण पत्र, अन्य मूल प्रमाण पत्र अथवा फीस को साथ नहीं लाता है, तो प्रवेश के लिये उसका दावा निरस्त समझा जायेगा और प्रवेश का अवसर मैरिट सूची में अगले अभ्यर्थी को प्रदान किया जायेगा।
16. If the candidate fails to turn up on the prescribed day for admission, the opportunity will be given to the next one in the merit list and the candidate will forfeit his/her right of admission.
    
    यदि अभ्यर्थी निर्धारित दिन पर प्रवेश के लिये उपस्थित नहीं होता है, तो उसका प्रवेश निरस्त कर दिया जायेगा तथा मेरिट सूची के अनुसार अगले अभ्यर्थी को अवसर प्रदान कर दिया जायेगा और अभ्यर्थी अपने प्रवेश का अधिकार खो देगा।
17. The subjects will be allotted on the day of counselling as per merit and the availability of seats.
    
    विषयों का आवंटन काउंसलिंग के दिन मेरिट एवं सीटों की उपलब्धता के आधार पर होगा।
18. The names of the finally admitted students will be put up on the college website and notice boards only after the payment of college fees.
    
    प्रवेश पाये हुये विद्यार्थियों का नाम, काॅलेज फीस के भुगतान के बाद, काॅलेज वेबसाइट पर प्रदर्शित कर दिया जायेगा।
19. Any admission done or any candidate selected for admission by an inadvertence or oversight or on the basis of wrong or incomplete information provided by the candidate shall be cancelled and the candidate will have no claim in such a case.
    
    किसी त्रुटि, भूल अथवा अभ्यर्थी के द्वारा प्रदत्त गलत या अपूर्ण सूचना के आधार पर यदि प्रवेश प्रदान कर दिया जाता है तो जानकारी होने पर उस प्रवेश को निरस्त कर दिया जायेगा और अभ्यर्थी का इस विषय पर कोई भी दावा स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा।
20. The college retains the right to reject any qualified candidate at the time of counselling.
    
    काॅलेज प्राचार्य के पास विशेषाधिकार होगा कि वह काउंसलिंग के दौरान किसी भी चयनित अभ्यर्थी के चयन को निरस्त कर सकते हैं।
21. बी0काॅम0 (वोकेशनल) एवं बी0बी0ए0 में प्रवेश हेतु इच्छुक अभ्यर्थियों के प्रवेश पूर्व की भांति इस वर्ष भी उनके दसवीं एवंबारहवीं कक्षा मे ंप्राप्त शैक्षणिक अंकों के आधार पर किये जायेंगे।
22. प्रवेश के लिये चयनित अभ्यर्थियों की सूची काॅलेज बेवसाइट पर प्रदर्शित कर दी जायेगी।
